Professionals Choice Judge

The Desert Dolphins Photography Committee is honored to announce that Bert Casters will serve as the judge for the Professional’s Choice Award for the 2026 Photo Contest. 

Bert Casters is a Belgian professional diver and underwater photographer based at ScandiDivers in the Philippines. Drawing on a rich background as an interior and architectural designer, as well as an entrepreneur in the hospitality and wellness sectors, Bert brings a distinct eye for structure, light, and composition to his marine photography. A dedicated father who has passed his passion for diving on to his two sons, Bert is also spearheading the launch of the upcoming Philippines Underwater Photography Academy at ScandiDivers.
