Mary was raised here in Tucson, and worked as a Video Engineer (Professor Emeritus) at Middle Tennessee State University
Since she retired she has done a lot of traveling, including expeditions with the EV Nautilus in 2016. "It's exciting to see what's under the earth's oceans!" She worked on several volcano projects over the years. With the latest eruptions in Hawaii, she went back to map the changes in the ocean floor and to see how the island was been impacted. Mary served on participated on multiple Ocean Exploration Trust expeditions between 2010 and 2019.

A neat trick: if you are using Google calendar, you can go to the left, scroll down to "Other Calendars". Click the "+" sign, then "from URL", then scroll down to "Integrate Calendar" and enter the following gobbledygook (all one line, cut and paste is best):
https://calendar.google.com/calendar/embed?src=board%40desertdolphins.org&ctz=America%2FPhoenix
Then, all the Desert Dolphins activities will automatically appear on your calendar!
